    Don't have a jeweller in store. Make sure if you go to this franchise you get a quote with specific instructions and clarify so you get exactly what you want. Not happy with outcome or level of service. Would not go back again.

    Very poor customer skills, tried to give back a watch that was broken and then tried charging me $50 for a watch to be fixed that was only 3 months old and had a two year warranty. I suggest that no one take there business there.
