    Poor customer service, arrogant and condescending. Denied loan even though I work meanwhile I know people on centrelink who have received loans from this bank. Will be closing my accounts with them and taking business elsewhere.

    As a Commonwealth customer for 50 years or so I am rather shocked to read that the bank is still investing in Fossil fuels - $3.9Billion in 2016 - the biggest funders in Australia. Is this true? Coal is so last century! And terrible for the environment! I thought the Big 4 banks had pulled out of funding the Adani mining set to ruin the Barrier Reef, but gather there are some loans still supported.
