    Bought a new Imprezza here. Their worker caused obvious damage to the bonnet paintwork while fitting a bonnet guard. They refused to repair the damage when asked. BUYER BEWARE! Will tell you anything to secure a sale, and then offer zero after sales service. Although I don't smoke, I question why there wasn't a cigarette lighter outlet (for my GPS). I was told that "Subaru have done a study and there are fewer smokers, so this is just an option now". WHAT?? I contacted Subaru Aust to have this confirmed, and was told that the dealership was lying.

    I have purchased a few cars from these guys and will do again. Excellent service, nothing is a problem for them and I highly recommend them!

    Have always had my Subaru serviced here and the team are friendly, helpful, and the car is always cleaned upon pickup. Although servicing genuine parts may cost a little more, the customer service and the little things go a long way to keep me returning as a customer.
