  Not really even worthy of 1 star considering i went to go to big w in taree after i had finished work because i needed to get new boots and new work shirts and they were closed before the time allocated. If it says 5:30 why close at 5. Really not happy with this big w staff. Stick to the time allocated and you wouldnt have reviews like this.....

  Never had a problem with Big W until now. Purchased balloons for my daughters birthday. Paid extra to make sure they held the helium. Picked them up late arvo to make sure they would still be inflated the next day. Of course when I left to set up the party the balloons were floating on the floor half the size. Thats annoying but got on with it. Go back to Big W to let them know so it doesn't happen to anyone else. After a phone call I am told I can have the 50 cents per balloon refunded for the extra stuff that was suppose to keep ths balloons inflated (A 3.00 reimbursement out of 16.00 ) or I was told I could have another lot of the same inflated balloons for a childs party that has already happened. Said with a smile on her face. No concern for a product that doesn't work or my daughter or my wasted money. Pathetic customer service Big W. Very very rude.

  Standard Big W, no features which set it apart from any other big W, however staff are very friendly and prices are generally good for a rural area, as is the size of the shop.
