    Excellent customer service, helped select the right oil to top up my engine.

    Had to search for ages to get help and then was told to look up my own parts on an iPad screwed to the wall, the iPad then told me that I needed 1 litre less oil then I actually needed so I had to go back again, not a good customer experience

    Unfortunately it can be hard to find help there due to a lack of staff. However when you can get a hold of a staff member they are great and will work with you to find the answer.
