  First impressions count. Phone manner was terrible. I asked for information to be emailed. It never happened.

  Speech pathologist assessed my Dad. I had to call this business a week later to see what transpired. I was told "We don't let you know ? We tell the nurse at the nursing home what we think" Very helpful. They ended up emailing me speech pathologist notes which I could not read. They said no further treatment would help ?? Anyway Dad is speaking more now without their help. Very poor service.
