Staff aren't friendly they just want you to give them money and then get out quickly. Cinema is too small

Thanks to all the staff on Saturday afternoon. They were courteous and polite to myself and my companions who have some disabilities. We love coming to your cinema!

Helpful staff, great location and the threaters are always clean. We have a disabled daughter and she loves the pictures and the staff help her all the time.

Theatres are filthy, and staff are quite rude when you bring it up to them. No wonder numbers are going down these past few years. The staff don't seem to care about customer service, they just want you quickly out of there.

could be friendlier, a day or night out should be a pleasurable experience. I witnessed a terrible incident there one night, where the manager and a patron were shouting at each other at the top of their lungs - the manager had insulted the man's children. That's not professional, it's an abuse of power. There were only 10 people in the cinema that night, so it was hard to miss it. Oh, and they called the police on the patron. I walked outside and there were three police cars waiting!!!
