    The music makes me want to jump off the building and the fact that nobody knows how to communicate is quite inconvenient when I have to give multiple people the same information.

    Don't bother trying to ring them, all you get is a recorded message saying they are too busy to take you call & then they hang up on you.

    Impossible to get through via phone and if you do after a 55 minute wait you will probably be cut off ! Going to the office is no better unless you are there on opening ! Too bad for those who work! The government needs to make some MAJOR CHANGES it's a disgrace !

    Terrible waiting times. It is approximately an hour wait and to call it is 45 min with a stupid song
