    Very poor customer service. Staff seem to dislike senoir citizens and try to trick them into signing contracts that they don't want or need.

    Refused help, told have to do it over the phone at home. Yet when I rang Forster and Port Telstra they told me to come in and were happy to help with my sim on phone????? Bad service from Taree Telstra shop.
